On Tuesday, October 28th, 13 of our students had the privilege to travel to Indianapolis to the National FFA Convention. They got to explore the career and college expo, attend a rodeo and concert, and meet so many new people. All of the students had a blast and are so thankful for everyone that made this trip possible for them!
On Friday, October 31st, our students had the tremendous honor of representing Pennsylvania FFA at the Grand Opening of the Elizabethville Walmart. Caidenne Crum delivered a heartfelt speech about how FFA has shaped her life and the lives of so many young leaders across the state!
On Monday, October 13th, our students packed and delivered 14 meals to our local farmes. This way our FFA's way of saying thank you to those who work hard to provide for us every day! We appreciate you!
On October 8th, a group of our dedicated UDA FFA members volunteered at the Ned Smith Center! Students worked hard planting trees and cleaning trails, helping to make the natural area even more beautiful and welcoming for the community.

On October 2nd, our FFA students spent the day teaching the younger Trojans all about agriculture through hands-on learning stations that included a combine, mini-horse, sheep, chickens, rabbits, dairy cattle, goats, and even some fun ag trivia!
On Tuesday, September 23rd, some students from the chapter traveled to the CDP Area CDEs. Our members competed in Floriculture, Forestry, Poultry Evaluation, Vet Science.

On Friday, September 19th, the chapter traveled to the "Great Gratz Fair" to compete against Line Mountain and Tri-valley in the annual Skill-a-thon. The members were tested in Animal Breeds ID, Feed ID, Equipment & Tool ID, Meat Cuts, Animal Anatomy, Livestock Judging, and a General Agriculture Test. Everyone did an amazing job and we are so proud of everyone who competed!
On Sunday, September 7th, a few of our amazing UDA FFA officers had the privilege of attending the Dauphin County Farm Bureau meeting! They had a wonderful opportunity to network with local farmers, learn more about the agricultural community, and proudly represent UDA FFA. A special shoutout to our Treasurer, Colby, who baked a delicious pie for everyone to enjoy! We are so proud of our members for making their presence known and building strong connections within our community.
Our students gave it their all—competing with pride, passion, and perseverance. From public speaking to hands-on career development events, they showcased the very best of what our chapter stands for: character, dedication, and excitement for agriculture and leadership. We are beyond proud of every member who stepped up and represented the UDA FFA charter with excellence! Your effort and heart did not go unnoticed. A special shoutout goes to: Naomi Campbell – 1st Place in the FFA Knowledge Bowl and Colby Strohecker – 2nd Place in the Wildlife Competition
